A criminal with an unknown number of bounties on his head and murders under his belt, Rhys wanders where he pleases and does whatever he can get away with (though he has some surprisingly hard lines despite everything he's done). He abandoned his original name and face- choosing one he liked the most- and has since created numerous alternate identies under which he does his crimes. He has a taste for danger and adrenaline and makes bad decisions due to this often.
