Rosemary

A mysterious ex-socialite who once loved parties. She is a favored subject of the media due to her controversial lifestyle. Despite once loving the spotlight, lately she's been refusing to leave her home and hasn't for several years. Consequentially she has no meaningful connections to other beings.

Rosemary inherited her parents' vast estate at a young age. Initially the responsibility was overwhelming, but an idea eventually came to her after meeting Paprika: she could hire staff to maintain the property and businesses for her. In exchange, she would house and feed her employees. Her goal now is to use her vast wealth to restore her parents' property to its former glory, just as she so fondly remembers it.

Before tethering herself to her home, Rosemary loved to travel and did so often. She's a bit of an airhead, so Paprika usually takes charge in her stead. She easily becomes obsessed with things and can act impulsively—like the time she purchased a hot air balloon on a whim.
