Design Notes

• has no nose
• the light blue halo around his neck on his ref is not part of his design, please disregard it
• hand-wings are longer and bigger than his normal arms
• normal arms and the rest of his body are furry, but hand-wings are like human skin
• his "horns" are not keratin/bone, they're soft and bumpy to the touch, kinda like skin,,think of them like the blue growths on detective pikachu's mr mime
