Magus Sortiarius Lunaticus

"I shape fates and I crush dudes."

On the surface, he would seem to be a somewhat apprehensive mage, or otherwise just a regular human. But the reality of the situation is that he is a human literally made of magic. The Inner Circle of the Borderless, led by Sciouer Kriime, created him in a ritual using the Human Control Orb. He was intended to be a recreation of the Ancient Evil Tyrant, but after some experiment or another, he wasn't quite the same as his inspiration. After his creation, he was employed by Sciouer Kriime as a general in his liberation army. But no matter how many successful missions he completed, Sortiarius never got any more reward than a "Nice Work" from his boss, even though other generals got far more praise. Fed up with the mistreatment, and discovering the secret backup plan Sciouer Kriime had in place should too many people reject his rule after his conquest is completed, Sortiarius stole the Human Control Orb and ran. Effectively, he swapped sides in an act of pure vengeance.

As a recreation of the Ancient Evil Tyrant, he should have plenty of lost knowledge, magical power, and Villainous tendencies. The Ancient Evil Tyrant was notoriously stopped by a small band of heroes with various strengths, so he should have been worth several armies of firepower at least. The Ancient Evil Tyrant even had the forbidden magic of Certainty, which allowed him to force the outcome of a specific action to his wishes. However, several experiments conducted by Sortiarius' new creators robbed him of most of his previous identity. His memories of the ancient times are vague and hazy, he has to keep a close eye on his magic reserves or risk disappearing entirely, and his personality is much more mellow. While still a powerful mage, he is more in line to the power of a siege weapon than an army, and he currently does not possess a Forbidden Magic, or at least he hasn't shown the ability to use one.

Sortiarius has pale skin, strawberry-blond hair, and grey eyes. His hair is medium long, and usually covers his right eye. He generally wears a black mage robe with red accents and a red hooded cape, grey gloves with black fingertips, and he wears a silver circlet with inlaid lapis lazuli stones as well.
