HC is a wanted supervillain and commander of The Missouri Jr. A large battleship she uses to terrorize beaches and other smaller watercraft. HC especially enjoys terrorizing rich people and yachts, but will settle for a cargo ship if it's been a slow day. She mostly just steals the boats themselves, adding particularly cool ones to her own personal fleet, and scrapping or selling the rest. She uses her villain status for internet clout and likes to do vlogs and collabs with influencers she kidnaps (and then sends them back to shore in a lifeboat because damn nice boat I'm keeping it).
High-C was granted the abilities of a powerful sea monster by an ancient sea god shortly before her entrance to the villain scene. She is capable of feats of strength equivalent to that of the bite strength of an average great white shark, can hold her breath for up to 1 hour, create scales on the surface of her skin as armor, and can withstand incredibly high pressure underwater. She is also able to generate small amounts of electricity like an eel, make her eyes glow in the dark like an angler fish lure, and navigate using magnetic fields like a salmon (though these abilities are less useful).
High-C fights Goldstar on the regular when her usual nemesis isn't around and is best friends with Emma, who is often seen hitching a ride on The Missouri Jr. or tagging along for a heist when she isn't busy with something else.
