Graves is an infamous dollmaker that also doubles as a ghost-type gym leader in Unova. During his free time, he's either out shiny hunting in solitude, or creating dolls and plushies for his ghost pokemon to possess for fun. In general he comes off very avoidant and nervous, and most people just think he's really creepy.
