About
Harper is a odd but friendly young man who appears in the group dreams held by the others. He has some kind of power that prevents them from doing their job, so they are all after him in an attempt to get rid of him for good. In the process, they all learn more about him and in time become his friend. Harper seems to be unusually tolerant of the bizarre things he encounters, and only gets scared or upset by little inconsequential things. Once he befriends the others, he is shown to be exceptionally powerful to the point of being an inconvenience due to his inability to control himself. Outside of the dreams, he is interested in pretty much anything and will gladly try new things, as he has lead a sheltered life. He has very little knowledge on pop culture and doesn't use social media, except for posting pictures of his cat, Bonkers. Harper loves his cat more than anything else in the world.

Special Abilities
Weather Manipulation Includes snow, hail, rain, lightning, wind, heat, and other weather conditions. He has immense power from the start, but unfortunately he lacks the control needed to use it properly. If anything, his powers are simply destructive above all else. The only times he uses his powers effectively and without issue is when he does not realize he is dreaming.
Floating / Anti-Gravity He can't fly per se, but he can bounce around as if he was on the moon or something. Not sure how to describe it but you know what I mean.
Healing This ability doesn't always work as Harper struggles to grasp most of his powers. When it does work, he can heal all types of wounds by casting a special wind.
Trident "The Forecast" - his weapon. He can store and pull it from his sleeve through some kind of pocket dimension. He doesn't use it that often since he forgets that he even has it. (scroll to see weapon)
