Seth Daniels

Expanded Personality: Down to his core, Seth is a people person. He has always cared about people and been willing to sacrifice his life to protect the good of mankind. As the years wear on however, he has seen a lot of pain caused by humans, including his ex-wife. If it wasn't for his daughter Emily, he often wonders if he might lose faith in humanity altogether. He treasures the pictures he has of his little girl. He wants to return to his daughter some day, but can't rest knowing that his job isn't done yet. However, as dedicated as he is to his job, Seth sometimes has trouble listening to those in charge. It isn't that he doesn't trust their judgment. He sometimes just gets overwhelmed by 'instinct' that he can't ignore. And sometimes he just doesn't pay attention to direct instructions. He's never been a big planner, even his decision to join the team was a giant leap of faith. But he trusts his heart to take him where he is meant to go, and his head can sort out the little details later if it needs to.  After all, plans never work out like you think they will. Look at his marriage, for one.

History: Seth was married to his ex-wife Hayley seven years before. They had a kid two years later, and split up when the child was three years old. Hayley took the daughter, Emily, away to an alien planet to live with her boyfriend. Seth quickly realized his life was pretty much torn to shreds and decided to make a change. He signed up with the galactic army and has been doing that for the past two years. He misses his daughter, if not his wife, but is sure this is where he was meant to be.
