fairly calm and rational , he won't stutter on his words to tell you what's wrong or right with what you are doing ! He lacks a little of empathy but still somehow manage to sound nice when the time is right.
His work taught him to stay disciplined and relaxed in any circumstances, he is so fascinated by his job that he didn't have time to properly sociabilize with the people around him. He does regret it a bit but now he struggles to make proper personnal conversation out of work
He may seems cold and heartless (he might be with his test subject) but he actually is a big teddy bear to discorver. Don't let this soft part fool you, he can't actually fuck people up if they dare to annoy him a LITTLE too much (and you need a lot cuz this mf is really patient)

Werner was born in a wealthy familly in Spain. He is the youngest sibling of his family, He has an older brother and older sister.As a child, he used to be bright and happy unlike the adult he is today. As time passed by in his family, he got shaped into this perfect "silent and well behaved boy".
He wasn't close to his family... Sadly he lived in the cliché wealth where you do not call your father daddy or mommy. He was forced to address them by their name or by their tittle such as "Yes, father /// Yes Mr. Hernandez" He didn't get the affection a child should have, but he never been mistreated ! He decided to persue a career into medical science and went to medical school.
During medical school , little boy fell in love for a girl. Typical popular baddie, it contrasted with everything Werner knew, so it caught her interest. For the said girl, a rich nerd was nothing but an amusement.
She basically tricked him into a relationship without feelings for him. Werner blindly had a relationship with her (into having sex too). Once it was done , the fake rumors spread across the school, all kinds. From Werner to be a rapist, to him having disgusting fetish. He got out of the relationship and got forever traumatized of ladies (and relationships). It cause him to become gay (also he believes to be aromantic)
He got gratuated at the age of 21 freshly out of medical school .He bought a home in america as soon as he got out of medical school. He wanted to get away from his family
. He easily found a job as a surgeon. He really enjoyed his professional life and never minded the blood or gore of the job. Surpringly enough, he wasn't really affected by the stress of the job, but he was pretty tired for the first years.
Many ladies were into him and he wasn't safe from getting flirted on by the people he opened up hours before dsjhfjdskh. He always tried to be as polite as possible towards his patient. Eventually he started to grow annoyed of the constant flirting, and it was pretty much the same everytday, he didn't feel any challenge or purpose to be there. He continued as he didn't know what to do beside that. He still enjoyed his job in general but it didn't bring him enough smart juice simulation.
He got infected but his parasite at the age of 29. He hated it at first, feeling already different from the other, it only became worst. He didn't know what to do or how to feel. Eventually he was brought into the area hospital by the main researcher. He was very grateful of that. He learn to get over his parasite and it became a blessing to him.
He felt less tired and soon, was hired as a researcher/scientist by the hospital staff. He felt way more stimulation as he started to research on the Moryus parasite. Werner wanted to always do his best, he literally fell in love for the job... He started to grow an interest over one of the researcher. He admire people like him who enjoy their job.
Sadly enough, he holds himself back from trying to make personnal chit-chat and prefer to keep everything personnal as he knew he'd struggle too much with relationship
As of today, Werner still works at the Moryus hospital alongside of the other researchers.
Out of work , Werner is loving kind dad. A year after getting a parasite, he found a lone child on the street, abbandonned. It took him a few day to convice himself to take Kimon home. He tried his best to take care of him, he wasn't perfect but he wanted to give him a chance, a chance Werner never had himself to have a loving father.

Dr.Moon always tried his best to provide Kimon's need. Strangely enough, he's one of the rare person Werner enjoy spending time with. Kimon's calm and chill demeanor tent to relax him. He grew an habbit of waiting for Kimon to sleep before sleeping himself.
It had a posotive impact on his life as Kimon's sleepiness finally made him gain some well deserved hours of sleep. At some point, he unconsciously took care of him like a father would.
Werner is truely annoyed by Wolf , but Wolf's perseference eventually broke through Werner's hard shell and got used to his presence. Werner accepts Wolf as a friend it eventually got a little more than just a friend BUT Werner never got any feelings for Wolf
Othello Coworker(Boss)
Dr.Othello is Werner's coworker, He is one of the very rare person that Werner enjoys being with. His personality is very different from Othello but he seems him as a model. Othello's determination and ruthless personality really inspired Werner to work more in depth into the study of the Moryus parasite. Werner seems himself as some kind of "bodyguard" too, protecting the staff from the more dangerous or stronger test subject.
Despite being older than Othello, he respects him all the way. He would pretty much follow (almost) all of his orders

Werner loves his personality and how he is. He enjoys how hardworking, determined and passionated he is.
He never dared to talk to him beside for work, He actually NEVER expressed his feelings or told anybody as he isn't sure about his own feelings,. Big boy is scared of relationship and doesn't want to be played like when he was a child
