Trading, Reselling, Gifting.

Trading is allowed. No refunds Reselling is allowed. A design MAY NOT be sold for a higher price than what it was purchased at UNLESS you are also selling commissioned work of the design. The extra art work can not be personal work made by the original buyer. Trading, Trading designs can only be trades for other designs or art work, trading of amazon vouchers, physical goods or coupons are not allowed to be traded for my designs.

Design and owership rules.

Design belongs to whoever purchased the adoptable/whoever it has been gifted or traded to. Whoever owns the design after purchase may change whatever they like about the design unless additional rules exist on that adoptable the claims otherwise. New owner of the design MAY NOT CLAIM to be the designer and must credit me for the original design AT LEAST ONCE. Buyer may upload the original image made by me if they wish but must credit me for art and design. My designs may not be used in commercial work, it is for personal or fan use only. You may not put my designs into stories or other things you intend to publish and sell. You may not enter the design into design contests.
