my sona! currently no lore but i might come up with some at some point

design notes:
- if you want to draw them in an alternate outfit, keep the orange skin marks!! if u don't know what it would look like underneath the ref clothing just make something up i won't be mad
- the sea angel features (orange skin marks, little horns/fins, the "wings" in the back, the tail" are not optional
- the tail and horns have fluid in them, the little orange balls in them do move around
