NPC Leader of a pirate gang seeking to the overthrow the country's king,  she's been looking for mercenaries for hire and seems to run an  extensive network of non-standard races looking to give the kingdom it's comeuppance.

Her body seems to be scarred extensively with chain and manacle looking  markings running down her limbs, half her face mimicking an ever present  skeleton grin, and the horns on her head forming a crown. Instead of  covering up these tell-tale signs she's no human/elf/dwarf, she seems to  be heavily showing them off. A coat is half worn over a ripped and  burnt dress and thigh-high boots with one slid all the way down to the  ankle, scars prominently and proudly shown.

She seems to vascillate between imposing and threatening to amiable and  joking in the same breath - it's sometimes hard to tell whether she's  joking or threatening you, but it's probably safe to assume it's somewhat a mixture of both.
