Altair Aries

He got his power from a crashed mysterious meteor on his planet and was able to have powers of lightspeed, which he can travel fast leaving a huge trail of fire and electricity behind.  Self-conscious and protective as he's a target of an organization who captured him for getting his power, never returning to the lab he's trapped inside in. He's still around hiding from them, hiding his identity and going to other places for him to stay away from them. He's traumatized after being in a lab, but he still shows some of his old self, being as caring, fun, and sometimes reckless as he used to be back before the meteor crashed. That changed, he's now protecting himself from harm, but also tends to help others from harm too.
