Esme's Ownership

► you may make minor changes to a design of mine [that you own] without permission [ex; adding a second palette, removing/adding a few markings, adding hairstyles, changing ear shape, changing the species etc] ► you MUST contact me before making major design changes, no matter what [ex; changing the design completely, removing/changing majority of markings, etc.] ► you MUST contact me before transferring a design of mine into a open, semi-open, or closed species. ► you may only resell a design of mine if you purchased it from me directly or bought from another user for the same price you bought them for unless extra art was bought [at that point u may sell them for however much they are worth]. i do not count adding your own art on [drawn by yourself] as adding to their monetary value. ► all of my designs will be approved by my toyhouse account [users of mine; solos + thesolos + miniverse], please credit solos unless directed to credit elsewhere ► before color picking from any of my designs, please ask the owner for their permission first [yes, even myself] ► i will not take custom commissions for concepts of culture i am not educated on, resign with, or anything of that nature. ► i will not accept any commissions of any DSMP, homestuck, etc concepts as those fandoms make me uncomfortable. ► i will not accept any commissions of any concept that is controversial in any way, being asked to do so will result in a public blacklist.
