Leah has medium length light brown hair, dark brown eyes, wears a light green shirt with seahorses on them, a purple skirt and black shoes. She keeps her hearing aids hidden under her hair.

Despite being deaf, Leah is able to play a special guitar pretty well, based on muscle memory. She also knows sign language and capable of reading lips.

Leah was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She was born deaf. As a result, she had a rough upbringing, as the other kids always made fun of her due to her deafness. Her father even died protecting her from being hit by a car as she didn't hear it coming... The event left Leah quite traumatized and only grew to resent her deafness even further. Eventually, her mother and herself move to a quiet mountain town called South Park, in Colorado. There, Leah meets a boy named Edwin Fry, befriending him. She also eventually grows a crush on him as they get closer and confesses to him, hoping she can be his girlfriend and make him happier... He accepts her confession and even becoming her boyfriend, however... The relationship was basically nonexistent. Eventually, Leah breaks up their relationship as she realizes there's nothing there and the fact Edwin himself never fully tried, instead, complaining about not deserving a girlfriend, etc... As a result, Edwin throws all blame onto her instead of also acknowledging his own mistakes (Aka never trying, always complaining, etc). Heartbroken, Leah runs off in tears, leaving Edwin behind...

Thankfully, feeling bad for what he said to Leah, Edwin comes and apologizes. While Leah doesn't outright forgive him, she still gives him a chance. They manage to have good moments, with Leah gradually forgiving Edwin more and more. And some not so good events, testing her patience but she sticks through. Edwin eventually tries to set her up with a different boy as he does want her happy, by the time the other boy tries to confess, its already too late as Leah had met a demonic transboy named Lin and instead, fallen for him and was dating him!

While others around her are supportive and happy that she's showing happiness over finding her true love... Edwin proves how spiteful he truly is once he finds this out. Not by not only calling out Leah for her sexuality being "bullshit" once he learns what it is (As Leah is pan-demisexual) but he also throws transphobic insults about her new lover. Now offended and realizing Edwin was never going to fully accept her nor Lin now, she makes the hard choice: Breaking her friendship with Edwin. Despite being in tears over losing her friend for real, Leah stands firm, telling Edwin to stay out of her life and business... And thus, their friendship is officially shattered. Despite the rough decision, Leah manages to push on. While she does miss the days of when she and Edwin had good times... She doesn't regret breaking ties with him. Surely, her life can only improve from here!
