Overly formal and polite, Caesar comes off as very uptight and particular... But, he's really not. Many are surprised to find out that he's actually very fun to be around, and is always up for causing a little bit of harmless chaos here and there. Cherry, whenever she gets the chance to see him, often enjoys getting up to mischief with him and thinks he's pretty cool. He's far more calculated and careful than she is, so he's not in trouble nearly as often. The two have a pact not to tell on each other's shenanigans.

Caesar has actually been part of the Information Team longer than even Peter has and was offered the position of captain due to his skill, but turned it down because he doesn't want the responsibility. A number of clerks and low-level agents are intimidated by him due to the amount of E.G.O. Gifts he's equipped with, but he's very friendly to the people who are willing to talk.
