Saeber, or other times known as "Seab" (or even "Sae", depending on their presentation), is an individual with shapeshifting capabilities, that often appears as an anthropomorphic dragon-like figure, in earthy tones and dark hair.
"Most Dreamshapers are not as potent as other shifters - often being limited by their colour choice and certain defining features - they are, however, capable of using their shifting outside of their own body to shape materials; whether it be soft fabrics and leathers, or sturdier stones and metals, the world around them is often shifted by their own imaginations. Dreamshapers in the past have been observed to be able to affect the vicinity within two-spans of their own physical shape - the larger they naturally are, the more area - and conjure items into reality about a quarter of their body size before needing time to rest. Again, though, their physical shifts are not quite as powerful, often only being able to change their mass and size by a quarter of their original body measures.
With my limited interaction with Saeber, however, it appears they have a lot more capability than that. They have been observed to manage a maker's shop, and using their ability to shape material, take custom orders from many clients who would have little luck elsewhere. Normally this wouldn't be seen as unusual from a Dreamshaper; this sort of thing is looked favorably, using their gift to benefit others.
What is unusual is the seeming lack of a limit to their use of this ability. There have been many times Saeber has been observed with many clients in a single day, or even orders of a rather strenuous type, yet never failing to fall flat on a single order. Inside observations find no recovery shrines or the alike in the shop or the known places that Saeber goes to, nor do they find any signs of mana crystal use or similar substances to regenerate what should be a depleted pool.
It is of note - not concern - that this Saeber may be a lot more powerful than we know, but they wish not to reveal it - or at least, directly. I doubt they will be using their power with malicious intent; they seem to be comfortable in having a relaxed lifestyle.
However, I know they won't be able to keep it for long. Too many things are stirring up for Saeber - no - any Dreamshaper to be safe. The coming magic maelstrom is of concern, and though I know not of when it will strike down, I know the king will try to forcibly retrieve all of those with such gifts to take advantage of them.
When the time comes, I will be sending a friend down to hopefully convince them to come with us to stay safe. I don't want to see another Reality Flux; that sphere of nothingness far east is already concerning enough."
