Koemi Tsutsumi

Koemi comes from a family that owns and designs clothes for a very high end fashion company (akin to Gucci, Louis Vitton, etc). The family is known for their posh style and their constant collaboration with popular pop idols like Hokke's father.
Although the family is well to do, providing plenty of connections for Koemi to work into the industry just as her older siblings had, she absolutely despises their work and the just-as-posh air that they have about them.
Again and again, Koemi would be scolded for wanting to put her own creativity into her families designer clothes (and just her appearance in general). With no desire to follow the same footsteps as her siblings, she wants to chase a dream of starting her own rivaling brand that caters to idols and becomes just as popular as her family's- if not more so. She wants to design clothes that makes all idols- ones that are just starting out, as well as pros- shine the best that they can.
To achieve her dream, she attends Yumenosaki Private Academy where she helps groups design and produce their costumes.

Seamstress
Because Koemi has dedicated much of her time into studying fashion design and sewing, she can make nearly anything. Having practiced so much with costumes of varying sizes, she can almost guess accurate measurements for people she makes costumes for before even asking them.
She often gets spur of the moment inspiration for costumes, or hyperfixates on design she makes late at night, and will spend hours nonstop until the design is complete.
Koemi has also been known to gift some of those 'spur of the moment' costumes to people she likes, whether it was a conversation between them that inspired her to make it or if one of her sketched designs reminded her of a fellow student. It doesn't happen often, but because of her family name and her well-loved work, students have started a rumor that if Koemi blesses you with one of these spontaneous costume gifts then your idol career is bound to be successful.
Personality
Koemi tends to be a fairly empathetic person. She won't hesitate to pitch in with cleaning duties or offer her lunch to another student. Part of her aim of distancing herself from her posh family is to present herself as the opposite, as generous and open-minded, and for the most part she's very genuine about it.
Although she's a generous person, she can often sense when someone is trying to take advantage of her- from seeing these scenarios popping up many times with her and her family. Whether they're trying to worm their way into the handful of connections that Koemi has with professional idols or a connection to clothes from her family's brand, she'll become stern- just strong enough to get her point across.
Dislikes: her family's fashion brand, superficial personalities, tomatoes, onions
When it comes to the costumes Koemi designs, if it's for a unit, she'll try to spend some time with the people in question. She likes to take into account their interests, goals as a group, and the song(s) they're focusing on. She wants the costume to complement their image as much as possible, and students that have gotten costumes made by her can attest that the care that she puts into her work shows through.
- She tries not to pick favorite units, but there are some whose music that she tends to favor and will mindlessly sing their songs as she works.
- There's been a handful of times where she's pulled an all-nighter with making a new costume and ends up falling asleep in class.
- Although Koemi is actually good at singing and dancing, she believes that she's not good enough to do any sort of performance. None of the other students know that she's any good at it, either, since she sings in secret.
- Her favorite color is Indigo.
- Her favorite food is millefeuille. Her least favorite is anything with excessive onions or tomatoes.
- Her hobby, other than sewing, is journaling.
- Her specialty is in fashion design, sewing, and tailoring.
- Koemi's been in trouble a time or too for taking to many liberties with altering her school uniform to be more 'fashionable.'
- She's been in a handful of photoshoots and magazines, representing her family's brand, but not as frequent as her siblings. With there being so much tension between Koemi and her family, they rarely seek to include her in their promotional material. Still, she's been included in a few things as part of keeping face by her parents insistance.
Koemi first ran into Rei while she had taken an extra-credit assignment to tidy up the Light Music Room. She had been singing away while she cleaned and, unknowingly with Rei being present hearing it from within his coffin. After teasing her about singing- an UNDEAD song of all things- Koemi had him vow to secrecy to never tell anyone about what he heard out of embarrassment. She'd take to wanting to make the 'perfect' costume for him as her own M.O. of bribing him to keep her singing a secret. Though, as her tradition of spending time with a person to gain insight on their personality, interests, etc to inspire her design she would really warm up to him and vice versa.
Enthralled by his strength and kind personality, she finds plenty of inspiration in designing costumes for Adonis. He often thinks of her as a small, dainty flower so he's usually willing to aid her when she asks for his help.
Since Koemi often finds herself taking on odd jobs around the school, she's been thankful for Koga lending a hand on more than one occasion. Having worked together often enough and by her affiliatoin with Rei, he'd nicknamed her Anemone due to her blue-themed appearance.
Not a fan of his flirty nature, Koemi tends to interact with Kaoru the least out of the Undead members.
Intimidated by Kuro at first, once she learned that he had a knack for sewing she seemed to lower her guard towards him. She often gives him sewing and fashion tips that she picked up from being familiar with the fashion industry.
Although she may not agree with his overtly strict nature, she can appreciate his dedication to his art and how it feels to watch a Valkyrie performance live. And, being a seamstress herself, she can admit that her work is on par with his when it comes to sewing.
After refusing to design costumes for fine, due partly to knowing of Eichi's underhandedness and partly to sticking to her own laurels of designing clothes for those who'd appreciate her work as opposed to her family name and brand, he would try to pull his own underhanded trick in an attempt to force her to create fine's costumes. Koemi still manages to refuse, but not without her fair share of strife.
