History: Tyr was the result of Mesa wanting to basically get at the gangs for being failures, but 3 years later.
Once Tyr was old enough she was sent to the city per Sadie's request. Wanting to be sure she got the best training and because the training program wasn't up to date in Lake View.
So off to the city, Tyr went. Training went great and she excelled in training and in the field.
3 years came and went and now she has returned home. Ready to carry on her father's legacy and uphold his values
