About
Mother Base's sardonic, chain-smoking medical officer, Olivia Rona Lennox decided not to dispense with the code name as she is not an actual soldier and instead leaves that to those more willing to charge the front lines with a gun. While her humor is biting and dark and her smiles a touch grim, she has a warmth about her that others seem to enjoy; she is a taskmaster with no patience for lackadaisical, sloppy work, but also a great confidante and has a deep-seated need to serve others. This comes from a hard childhood and a thirst to prove that she is capable and useful to whomever needs her, which drove her into the medical field and into Médecins Sans Frontières. Little did she know that the Somoza regime victims she tended to in Nicaragua were right in the trajectory of Militaires Sans Frontières, and she was spirited away. She spends her little free time daydreaming about the pines of the Pacific Northwest and the sound of trains through the valley, drawing with charcoal, or chiding her main commanding officer for his "Summer of Love" tendencies.

commanding officer
Like all in Mother Base, Olivia has a healthy respect for Big Boss; he did opt for her not to be killed and saw use in her, after all. While she does not know much about the man personally, she gleans little details here and there through their interactions.
