Spencer is the lifeguard animatronic for the Splash Zone, an indoor pool and play fountain. It's his job to make sure the children follow the rules, and is equipped with a whistle functionality of his voice box. He takes his job very seriously, but can also 'malfunction', resulting in serious injuries. Spencer is able to swim, and can echo-locate underwater. He can play pre-programmed videos and images in his screen, and his lights can light up any LED color. His hand and tail flippers are pseudo-rubbery, and have a crinkly material in them that makes sound when moved. He has the same endoskeleton and plates as a Funtime animatronic, but was made much after them.

At night or alone with one other person, Spencer becomes highly aggressive and likes to play games with his targets. He has the sharp teeth of a sea lion, and enjoys drowning or shredding victims. Since his sonar isn't audible to humans, he can track his prey without them even knowing.
