by owning my designs, i ask that you follow my terms of use.
you automatically agree that you have read, understood and agreed to following these terms.
while i cant physically stop you from ignoring my terms, ignoring and/or violating this agreement will result in penalties which may increase in severity depending on the offender's actions. offenders will be blocked, blacklisted & banned from future sales and trades. last updated: 8 may 2024.
🩸 designs and artworks by me are copyright property; i own all rights to the artwork. my content is strictly for personal use only , including personal merch/posters, etc. Commercial use is not permitted unless discussed & agreed upon with my explicit consent.
🩸 i do not allow any of my artwork or content to be used for NFT or AI-related purposes.
🩸 you must have a toyhouse account to own my designs. do not trade them offsite.
🩸 you will not edit or remove my credit or watermark in any way.
🩸 co-owning is allowed, but the character can only have 1 toyhouse profile.
🩸 redesigns of the design are allowed, and you may make edits to the original art (additions/subtractions/colour changes, etc) as long as you don't delete the original art.
🩸 you can turn my designs into an already existing closed/open species, but you do NOT have the right or permission to create a species from my designs.
🩸 trade values do not stack. this is to prevent value inflation via trading (eg. trading a $0 design for a $50 design does not make the initial design worth $50).
🩸 you will not resell a design higher than what you bought it for unless it comes with additional art (commissioned/personal/etc). do not inflate the value of a design when there's no additional art
