An Unlikely Encounter, Rhys is a complicated fellow, he's a full-time model...that is when he feels like it. A true nightmare to his managers, while he may look like an angel his personality is that of a devilish trickster. Rhys will always somehow manage to woo his employers everytime, getting full marks on any job no matter how tight the timing may be.
The one person who sees through his charming facade is his partner Cameron. They met one day while Cam was taking photos in a busy fashion district. Rhys was captivated immediately, maybe it was the challenge that lured him in initially but his advances have been relentless. Cam won't admit it but he doesn't mind having the attention. They're the only one who can convince Rhys to stop giving his managers a hard time.

Rhys isn't lazy per se, but he's rather reluctant to get work done in an 'easy' way. He is rather naturally succesful and has never needed to exert too much energy to get a job done. This lack of challenge in his life led him to get bored rather quickly, which explains his desire to cause mischief.
Cameron is what introduced challenge, tension, something that wasn't easy. While it might've been hurt pride that motivated Rhys to 'woo' them at first, spending more time with Cam only made Rhys fall harder, faster. His flirtatious advances have yet to get a satisfactory reaction though haha.

Marlings are a rare alien species born from special meteorites. What makes Marling's especially unique is composition of their skin and fur, which is made up of various metals and minerals that are foreign to Earth.
Though some Marlings do have the ability to speak verbally to some degree, their vocal cords aren't as developed as most other humanoids on Earth so many find it difficult, exhausting, or even painful trying to communicate that way for long periods of time. Therefore, most Marlings are non-verbal and prefer communicate in sign language.

Cameron is essentially Rhys's anchor, he is the voice of reason and also the only one Rhys will listen to when he's being unreasonable. Despite his eagerness, Rhys will never overstep Cam's boundaries, but he will spoil them rotten regardless.
