Harley grew up in a small beach town leading to her life long love of the ocean. She spent most of her childhood swimming or learning to surf. In her adult years she runs an ice cream shop in the summer and takes the rest of the year off.
One summer she spotted what appeared to be a mergoo in the water and quickly fell in love. Little did she know the goo was watching her back and would reveal herself the next summer.
