Race: Faries / Fey / Otherworldlies
Powers:
Glamour: Glamour is an archaic word for [the] magic [of the Fae]. Glamour can make curious onlookers see what they wish that person to see or what they do not wish that person to see with this ability. It can also hide the true whereabouts of a faery, so one could say it's a survival skill in addition to being magical. So, when someone says, "Looks can be deceiving." You may want to make an important mental note of that.
Magic's: Can control most but their main is farie magic.
Bio
Most fey look differently from one another just as humans do, but with a larger difference in body. They come in many shapes and sizes. Which is why it's best to assume a person is a fey if you're unsure 'what' you're talking to. They do tend to have wings, multiple eyes and other appendages, beautiful and ugly skin, it all depends on the eyes of the beholder.
Locations
Faries are not known for living in the human realm due to the severe lack of magic. It is said that being in the 'The City of Everlasting Change' or 'Faerie' for short, is like living in a dream where time is irrelevant and you slowly lose yourself in the euphoria. Even though the realm of Faerie is a standalone place, there is a myriad of 'very faery' spots here on Earth known as pickpockets, or at least that is what some fae refer to them. Pickpockets are designated areas or regions bountiful with or prone to fae activity and residence. Which is why one can understandably "Walk into Faerie", what you are walking into is an active fae area, not Faerie. Pickpockets are not limited to Earth but can be found in elven lands and in the astral plane. Some pickpockets are in forests, under the sea, in caves, mountains, cavernous areas, urban cities, rural cities, even deserts. Beware of mushroom circles, randomly isolated puddles of water, and circle-shaped dark patches of grass.
Groups
Several groups of fey are known to gather in certain spots they are attracted/called to. Those who work with the fey are known to have small gateways to their realm nearby, as well as altars. Groups, or courts rather, are the more political stance that the fey have to justify their kind. It's also possible to give them gifts in general where they are not meant to be 'in debt', it's all about the intent, and how polite you are.
Seelie Court: There are two types of fey that represent this court, Summer, and Spring. The Seelie Court is seen as more beneficent toward humans. The fae of this court is known to seek out humans to warn those who had accidentally offended them in one manner or another and to return human kindness with favors of their own. Fae don't like to be in debt. Even so, a faery belonging to this court will most definitely avenge insults and are prone to much mischief. The most common time of day to see them is twilight and sometimes dawn.

Unseelie Court: There are two types of fey that represent this court, Autumn, and Winter. The Unseelie, the "Unholy" or "Unblessed" Court consists of the malicious and more evilly-inclined fairies. Unlike the Seelie Court, offense is not necessary to bring down their foes or anyone they choose to bother for that matter. As a group or the 'host' as we Fae call it, they appear at night and assault travelers either 'physically', emotionally, and/or mentally– especially spiritually ignorant folk. Like the faeries of the Seelie Court, neither are the faeries of the Unseelie court always evil. However, when one of them is forced to choose, they will naturally prefer to harm than help. However, it is possible to gain their trust, be it being very polite and patient, or even giving them all gifts! It's all about intent.

Politics

In a nutshell, the Faerie Courts are the paramount social structures of Fae society. The Courts are very strong political allegiances that enforce their philosophy on existing members, recruit for new members, build armies, hold say in seasonal power, and blood nobility in an odd communist society– only the nobles truly have.

There are, of course, those who swear no allegiance to any Court, they are known as Solitary Fae. Nowadays, Solitaries are seen as having a neutral/balanced/common ground between the courts and they are also seen as some of the most dangerous. Living a life as Solitary can be simple and good in some respect, but because they have chosen to be cut off from the larger support network social interaction with others is not as available. Even so, Solitary fae can find means of interacting with others and can often be an intermediary for many purposes of Faerie and of Earth. Solitaries are usually unpredictable and have been seen as the outcasts (either banished, choosing to leave, or not choosing at all), and the "wild wee ones". There are not many that regret their decision of being court-less.

Cousin Creatures
Because there is such an unlimited variety of species to the fey, there's no known way to collect enough data to cover all of them. However, here are a few known fact's on knowing if you are consulting with a fey or not.
- Some hold a veil of glamour with them and will appear more attractive than most others surrounding them if desired. (Yes, even more so than vampires)
- They are generally attracted to sweets, shiny things, and music.
- They tend to be surrounded by a sickly sweet scent.
