Caspian describes himself as a bit of a background character. He likes to just do his thing while other people get on with their lives. Most of the people who use his laundromat have never even seen Caspian, even if they've been using his machines for years. He's incredibly self-sufficient and has a hard time asking for help. He always fixes his own machines, though never during business hours. He's stubborn almost to a fault. Being disrupted or receiving pushback sends Caspian into a bit of a frenzy.
