Renata the current king of the city and is cousins with Torna and Leo(now West). Initially they were supposed to be the ones to inherent the throne, but when Leo went missing and Torna stepped down, Renata and his boyfriend at the time(Victus) were thrusted into the throne. He lacks experience but luckily has very patient advisors(Equinox and Avarice) and the support of his now-husband, Victus. Honestly Victus tends to do more work behind the scenes than Renata does.

He’s prone to being rude and arrogant due to his upbringing, but luckily is often held back by his advisors and husband. He’s steadily getting better and more proper, but honestly he prefers Victus doing more work than him. Though with Victus being at work with the neighboring kingdom, Renata has had to do a lot more on his own.
