Zoey doesn't take herself, or anyone else, too seriously. She's a bit of a prankster, and her nonchalant attitude can get on peoples' nerves sometimes, but she's never malicious or intentionally cruel.
Zoey is good for chatting about life and cracking jokes, but as soon as the conversation turns serious, she's lost.

Zoey lived a normal life but was burnt out and depressed.

She was hired by the Conductor to be a cartographer.

Since then, she's worked aboard the Catastrophe Express.
Zoey started out life with big dreams, but she ran into many obstacles, from untreated adhd and depression to struggling through shitty expoitative jobs. By her 20s she was completely burnt out and bored with life. Its at this point she was visited by an odd woman known only as the Conductor, who hired her to work aboard a magical train called the Catastrophe Express.
She found she was actually good at her job, and never looked back, abandoning her old life. Though she kept her nihilistic worldview, her mental health greatly improved and she made true friends aboard the train.
The Conductor and Zoey are the only ones who can really make heads or tails of her maps, much less understand why a train needs a cartographer in the first place. As Zoey is a sort of second-in-command to the Conductor, it seems she's privy to certain information the other employees aren't. Though she doesn't take her role very seriously, her work is highly valued by the Conductor.
- Piercings: septum, lobe, double helix, eyebrow.
- Very short curly brown hair.
- Punk-inspired look, but she's not motivated enough to take it all the way.
