Used by the Sempertet as a machine to explore planets that are mostly or completely covered in a body of water. Cannot fly with the wings he has, but can coast on waters and use them to "sail" on waves in a sense. In open space (outside of an atmosphere) he can use these wings to orient himself; due to this handy ability, he also assists in performing maintenance to the Sempertet and any of its large frigates. The wings are more "fin-like" that he prefers to use them in water, much like the fins of a stingray.

Similar to Einhard, he is feared by many... usually thought to be a mysterious anomaly.
