An entity that is more often felt than viewed, though there has been documentation of its existence on video. Should a human become aware of its presence, the distortion becomes very curious and exhibits behavior not unlike a haunting. Most people are too afraid to reciprocate its attention, which may agitate the distortion and cause technology around it to malfunction or stop working all together, however the distortion appears social and has not displayed any hostile behavior.
