1. Reselling, Retrading, Regifting

✔️ Reselling is allowed, when you bought the design or you added extra art.

✔️ Retrading and/or Regifting is allowed.

2. Redesigning

✔️ Redesigning of any kind is allowed, even if it's beyond recognition [You don't need to credit me anymore, if you change it so much, that it barely resembles my design anymore]

3. Credit

✔️ Credit is needed in the toyhou.se profile

✔️ Please credit me, when you are asked who designed the outfit

✔️ Credit when using the design in a commercial usage

4. Commercial Usage

✔️ You can use the design commercially, including projects like merchandise (plushies, pins, fingures), comics / webcomics, books, video games, vtubers - but you have to credit my design.

❌ you may not use my artwork in commercial projects

5. Other Usage rules

✔️ You may hide / delete the profile of the designs

❌ You may not use my artwork or designs on AI websites or Apps including midjourney, openart, craiyon, dreamup, artbreed and anything similar. This includes training said AI.

❌ You may not edit my artwork without asking me first / my permission. I may be fine with it in most cases, but I'd prefer to be ask first.

❌ Do not use my designs with/for NFTs!

✔️ You may co-own my designs, but I'm not responsible for any disagreement or argument resulting out of this.
