Unless purchased or personally specified, intellectual / commercial rights and credits for all characters belong to me, the designer/owner. Noncommercially all characters are public and free to draw and can be added to the character's gallery with credit 

Upon adoption/trade reception of my characters you gain all intellectual/commercial rights to the designs, but credit for the original design remains mine, the designer's

Reselling of characters purchased from me is permitted, preferably for equal or lesser value unless after ownership value is increased via further developments/creations featuring that character (basically, don't scam me by buying my character and immediately reselling it for double the value)
