Rafael

Rafael is a reborn ghost kitsune, stronger than the regular variety. He controls powers from the sun, but really it's cool fire. He has an anthro form and a feral form. In his feral form, he is more agile and fast. In his anthro form, his attacks are stronger. In his default anthro form, he can be seen and talked to by everyday people.
