Upon commissioning me, Jubileejester, you accept these terms and conditions. Going against this TOS will lead to a warning or blacklist from future commissions or trades.

Character Designs/Resale
⋆ You can add value to designs by creating art, as long as it is equal to your commission prices. (ex. a full-body that costs $50 will add $50 to the characters value)
⋆ Commissioning art from other artists will add as much as you paid to the value.
⋆ Any kind of free art (raffles, art trades, freebies) will not add any value.

Raffled characters
⋆ When a character is raffled, you are not allowed to sell them unless you have made art, or have commissioned art. However, you can trade them for art or other characters without creating/commissioning art from them.

Commercial rights
⋆ When adopting or commissioning a custom design, you can ask for commercial rights. There will be a fee of 75% up charge of the characters original price.
⋆ When purchasing commercial rights, you will be allowed to use them for merchandise, advertising, vtubing, etc.
⋆ You do not have to purchase the rights immediately after purchasing a character. If you decide you would like the rights long after receiving or purchasing a character, you may get into contact with me and we can discuss payment.

Commissions
⋆ 100% payment upfront is preferred, but providing half the payment upfront and the remaining half at the end can also be arranged.
⋆ YCH’s must be paid in full before beginning the piece.

Refunds
⋆ if a commission is finalized and complete, no refunds will be provided.
⋆ If the commission has yet to be started, and the client requests, a full refund will be provided.

Blacklist
⋆ If any individual ignores or abuses the TOS, they will be added to the blacklist (once added to the blacklist, the individual's name and the reasoning for the blacklist will be provided. They will also be blocked from further contact)
⋆ If my adopt rules are not followed
⋆ If an individual is rude, inappropriate, makes me uncomfortable in anyway, phobic of any sorts, I will not provide a service and will blacklist them
⋆ Be underage/lie about their age for 18+ commissions, and will be blocked immediately. No discussions.
⋆ Scamming, stealing my art/characters, etc.

Revisions
⋆ Clients are allowed up to 3 minor revisions during a commission, any other additional revisions or significant changes to the commission will be an upcharge. (this will depend on complexity)

Finalized Commissions
⋆ Upon purchasing a commission, you agree to not edit the finalized piece in any shape or form.
⋆ You cannot ask another artist to redraw or edit my art, this will result in a blacklist.
⋆ Clients can ask me to edit a commission if desired, clients can also request permission to edit an image on their own. By no means does permission allow another artist to edit my content.
