My Terms of Service:
🟊 The design can only be used for personal purposes unless a fee is paid. A custom ToS will be added if commercial use is allowed.
🟊 Once you purchase one of my designs, you can do anything you want. All I ask is for credit of the original design.
🟊 Do not resell traded designs or resell for higher than you've paid for. However, you can add the value of commissioned & personal art on the price.
🟊 Please don't draw/edit on my art! You can redesign without limitation, though.
🟊 Commercial use of my designs cost the same amount as the one you initially paid the design for. If you received the design via a trade or gift, commercial fee is 45$ USD.
🟊 You are allowed to convert the design into a closed species or an one-off (if the CS allows it), but let me know beforehand. If you want me to add CS traits, you have to pay an extra 5$ (10$ if anything complex is added). Removing traits has no extra fees nor does adding the traits yourself.
🟊 While I personally do not believe in "repossession", you will not be allowed to purchase anything from me ever again if you break my ToS.
