A lone little shopkeep of Avalon, making good, honest work of selling general goods to the inhabitants there. Most peculiarly, however, is just how relaxed he is when it comes to the subject of Buzinyas... He's welcoming to them, even stating openly that they're of no harm! Others have stated his demeanor comes across as creepy or shady in some fashion. Surely it's not something to be too worried about...?
