Nadir

During the War of Heaven, Nadir was a respected general with big ideas about how to win. Under her guidance, in partnership with the lifebringer Latobius, several warrior daitens were created and trained to be perfect killing machines -- at the cost of treating them like people. Nadir believed that, to win, daitens needed to give up their principles and take extra risks. A few daitens, created solely to be weapons, could turn the tide.

The atrocities Nadir imagined and encouraged did not save her home: they destroyed it. Heaven collapsed.

Nadir disappeared after the fall, and her legacy was destroyed along with Heaven. Very little proof remains of what she did.
