Basic

● Credit me for all my designs.

● If posting them on discord, just link my TH. :)

● Do not remove my design note from my adopts.

Can

○ Resell my adopt for the same price you got it as (after a two week purchase period).

○ Change anything you want on the adopt once they’re yours.

○ Ask me to edit accessories onto the adopt for you (once they’ve become yours).

○ Resell my adopt for a higher price if there is at least 2 more art pieces attached to them.

Can't

◎ Heavily reference the design if the adopt isn’t yours.

◎ Use my designs for anything offensive (Zoophilia, Pedophilia, Transphobia, NSFW, Homophobia, Etc.).

◎ Entirely change the design of the adopt, different/headcanon bases are fine.

◎ Enter my raffles/giveaways just to have the adopt gather dust, I really like how they turn out. >:(

BLACKLIST

The users below are NOT allowed to order from me, recieve adopts from/by me, or trade with me.

If I find out you sent MY ART/ADOPTS to ANY of the people below, I WILL add you to this list.

There are no appeals. Once a blacklist, always a blacklist.

Do not take my trust lightly.

• @KakorrHunter // Defended tenso#761's choice on taking back OCs when their T.O.S. doesn't state anything of the sort.

• Tenso // Stated they were going to 'take back' designs (that are no longer theirs) even though it states nothing in their T.O.S. that they could.

• CaptainDusky // Big time scammer and major homophobe.

• kizmet // Has done various harmful acts (S*XUAL & VERBAL ABUSE , INC*ST , GROOMING , R*PE , PED*PHILIA , Z**PHILIA).

• NightlyWhelp // Extremely rude and disrespectful. Attacked someone for wanting a refund when they were upset about not being able to resale an adopt from them they had gotten before the tos was even in effect.

• @Stupid-Vamp // Faking DID. (Evidence: Having over 400+ alters, all being fictives, 12-15 spawned within 2 days, claimed that they were diagnosed at the age of 6 (Not possible, as DID is a result of childhood trauma)). Has shown extreme aggression with no apology.

• WriterTheAnimus | BurntNuggett // Extreme obsessive behaviors, stealing/drawing OCs without permission, and drawing P*RNOGRAPHY (They are a minor).

• ExternalTrout80 // Supports WriterTheAnimus 's actions. Has made multiple friends uncomfortable.

• Moondocool // Publicly likes NSFW on their twitter, which pushes the same content to followers (who are MINORS). Is also good friends with rhynobullraq (who previously made fetish wof content).

• Caffeyeen // WELL KNOWN zoophile despite saying they're not, HAS DRAWN FERAL NSFW. Has multiple beware posts about them.
