Due to a rough upbringing, Noelle is quite reserved and introverted. She perfers to keep to herself and doesn't talk very often, and when she does, she's has a quiet tone of voice. She can be seen as cold and brutally honest. Despite this, she tries her best to socialize when she can and she likes making friends and having people to talk to. She's very friendly when you get to know her and even a bit playful at times.

Thanks to her past, she puts no effort to fight against anything that happens to her, even if it costs her her life, feeling it's no use to do so. She has an odd since of humor, with it being a mix of dry humor, self-depricating humor, and sarcasm, leading to people feeling awkward around her but she doesn't seem to mind much. She's protective of those considered "weak". She often has a deadpan and non-reaction to things, shrugging even the most craziest of things off.
