From a post apocalyptic future set in Asia where robots of all different kind took over earth and forced humans out of their apex predator title.
This universe has 5 factions.
Rexx is from Red faction, a faction where violence and power is valued over most else.
He is a council member that looks after the red factions military and scout missions.
One of the defining features of red faction is its colosseum type arena that holds annual battle royals between 50 or so volunteers.
Rexx is a past victor of the arena, flaunting the champions tattoo proudly on his chest.
His main goal is to take over red faction entirely.
For now hes aiming to gain the control of the arena fights, the person currently running them happens to be vices mum.
When Rexx finds out that Vice was trying to burn down the arena in arson, he ripped Vice's right eye from his skull where he stood, causing Vice to flee the faction.
The council members agreed (except for vices mother) if Vice is brought back to red faction alive to be made an example of, Rexx can have control over the arena.
He now hunts down Vice like a dog to bring him back.
Rexx is connected to the character Vice whos also in my listed characters. Hes the antagonist to vice's story.
His main weapon is a trident. It is used like a taser typically neutralizing factionless people as fodder for the arena fights. It doubles as a deadly weapon as well.
A sub weapon is the pistol on his thigh, purely for killing.
The machete is mostly for survival purposes, e.g vines and bush, but can be used in a fight if necessary.
Rexx is a smart cunning man with little regard to the people around him. He will gladly use anyone as a stepping stone to get what he wants. He wouldn't kill vice but he's not against killing his friends if it meant forcing his surrender.
Hes charming and persuasive on the outside but a horrible person on the inside.
