- A Bloodletter of the Central Stake that was tasked to mercy kill people who were far into the stages of a previously incurable disease to rid them of further pain, he later supposedly fell deep into bloodlust and slaughtered the very organisation that offered him sanctuary.

- His current whereabouts are unknown as not long after the slaughter he fled from the city's gates never to be seen again.

- His tales have described him as nothing more than a frenzied husk of a man that thirsts for blood and searches for more victims to satiate his unquenchable need. But a tale is only a tale, there's always more than meets the eye.

- They never mentioned how the Central Stake slaughtered his family and insisted that they were in the far stages when they were not. Nor how they waved him off with a "You knew the risks when you took this job" when he marched over to confront the head of the organisation. So Cillian, furious and grief-stricken, took it upon himself to kill the upper echelons of the Central Stake later that night, and in his blood drunken frenzy he went as far as to skin one of the leaders, slinging their crudely cut hide over his shoulders. A perfect picture of a man gone mad. Before reinforcement could come pin his own blade to his neck he had already left a bloddy path out towards the building's front door, out of the gates and into the woods beyond.

- Over the years after the disease had passed and the massacre of the Central Stake became a well known incident people have spun Cillian's story into a mocking folklore to tell their children to never venture deep into the woods lest they meet the mad Bloodletter and have their pelts worn across his back
