Rem, full name Remcitulus [Redacted], is a 25 year old Kuesh born on Tervium, Azerius' home planet. Not much is known about his origins other than the fact that he has a decent amount of wealth, as he likes to spend a large amount of money on clothing and fashion to stand out from the rest of the Evacandrius native to the planet. Despite he himself being born elsewhere, Rem is socially awkward but does his best to hide it using his conversation skills. He however, has had cosmetic modifications done to him to fit in somewhat better. For instance, he had his fins on his limbs removed which resulted in scars that are very close to being invisible, to allow him to wear normal clothes without cutting holes. He also grew his head fins so that they look more uniform in appearance, as Kuesh fins can vary from being generally small and sort of crowned shape around their head to protect their ears and gills, to resembling that of hair. His personality consists of him lacking decent social skills, such as trying to butt in to conversations unprompted, or holding grudges against people for months (peroids of about 30 ticks) at a time. Nevertheless, he managed to become an intergalactic bounty hunter and has seen success from his career.
He is a rival to Azerius, and thus challenges him at seemingly random times to duels. His reasons are unknown, but he has gained a reputation for starting scenes in public by insulting or assaulting Azerius first to get a response. The both of these men cause quite the trouble when they are together, to say the least.
