Please read thoroughly before proceeding to browse my ufo folders! 

TERMS OF SERVICE !! 

designs :

 - dont give them to blacklisted users 

- dont sell them for more than they were worth 

- never rip off my art/designs. Colour picking is fine with credit. Tracing art is okay so long as you ask me first. This goes without saying but do credit me!

- never use my designs to spread hate. You will be blocked should I find this out.

- If you have a design of mine and you have it ufo, there is a chance i may offer on it. this is not really a tos thing, it's just something you should be aware of.

- PLEASE do not rid of my designs! Please contact me or send them my way if you do not want them anymore!! 

- pls don’t draw NSFW of my OCs/designs unless you are 18+. If I find out you do so and you are a minor, I’m going to add you to my blacklist and block you :/

- never give my designs to those in my blacklist/dni

- If you adopt a design of mine and private it, please authorise me. I prefer to keep track of my creations.

- CREDIT HAS TO BE GIVEN AT ALL TIMES 

art : 

- Do not repost my art without credit, you must credit me if you use it anywhere, dont trace my art without permission. 

- I am usually very patient when waiting for art that i am owed, however if you do not tell me that it may take a while, i will ask you once and then i will just block you if you do not address me/do not receive the art after a while. the same thing applies for offers on things that are ufo (TH codes, adopts, customs for art, etc.)

commissions

- You will pay upfront before i start the commission. This is to avoid scams and other types of money/art-related hassles.

- It is preferred you send me the character references via Discord, Instagram, or Google Drive. 

- I can only take payment through these apps: Paypal, (most preferred) Cashapp, and Ko-Fi (least preferred.)

- Per request or offer, I can and will show you works-in-progress.

- I am generally pretty fast, but on the chance there is a delay or issue, i will issue a full refund. This does not apply if I have already completed the art(s) and you are not happy with the product. 

- If you are not happy with the product(s), i can and will redraw the art and on occasion, add a free icon.

how to get blacklisted : 

stealing/ripping off my characters

 tracing art without permission harassment of me, friends, mutuals, etc. 
giving my designs to blacklisted users/mutuals of said users 

offering on characters for ones in my blacklist

breaking my tos 

spreading unnecessary hate/starting drama at all
