S he's the biggest sweetheart and an absolute joy to be around but would also not hesitate to give you a swift kick in the ribs for being rude. She's a "hero for hire" who usually works at a café but is a scout for new heroes and can be brought in for special missions. Very stubborn and lawful!
She has smoke/ steam magic and can manipulate it in anyway she wants. She also has a little special at the café where she makes the steam from the coffee into little animals and shapes to the customers.

Her friend and co-worker. Being some of the og members of the agency, these two have been through a lot together. Xenon always tries to be distant but Dahlia is always determined to talk and befriend him.
Ms. Sharma is her boss and the founder of the HQ. Dahlia used to find her scary but overtime became one of the best workers there and someone Ms. Sharma talks more casually to. They trust each other a lot.
