By coming into ownership of one of my designs, via a trade, sale, or gift, you automatically agree to both my terms of service, and the terms listed below. These terms apply to all of my designs.

• you may change anything you'd like with one of my designs as long as my original art is not being edited without permission. If the design is edited more than a few touches then credit those who are responsible for editing as a designer!
• You may use my designs in merchandise, such as pins, fursuits, posters, stickers, etc... All I ask is that you credit me somewhere as the designer of the character.
• I really prefer you don't sell my characters offsite, please keep them on toyhouse!
• Please, if you're going to co-own one of my designs, do not split it into multiple profiles.
• Do not delete my designs off of toyhouse for any reason, if your connection is lost just dm me and transfer the character to BST-37 where it can be resold and/or stored.
• I do not and cannot settle future ownership disputes once the design is out of my hands, unless the dispute is my fault- which I apologize for in advance- in which case contact me privately.
• Do not make my designs associated with or extensions of any closed species without permission, unless I have (re)designed an oc myself. I'm okay with voiding my closed species designs.
• If my designs have alt versions of themselves, (alt pallets, traits, etc...) DO NOT "split" the design for any reason.
• All of my sales are final. I do not do refunds.
