Alejandro used to be a good friend of Scallion 1's in the neighborhood they grew up in before Scallion 1 and the other 2 Scallions ran away to be inflict criminal activity during the 80s. Despite being a Scallion himself, Alejandro had gone to a different school, so he hadn't been as invested in the other 3's clique, but did get to know Scallion 1 well personally. Alejandro is a few years younger than Scallion 1, just a few inches shorter than him too.
Alejandro lives with his mom's side of the family in one house by choice, as he's always wanted to be as involved with them and support them as much as possible, since he's never aspired for fame or riches or anything spectacular and prefers the humbler things in life, and especially enjoys family dinners and gatherings with them and other family members.
Alejandro is part Mexican and Puerto Rican, his main language being Mexican though he can speak fluent English when there's visitors, and though has a mexican accent he uses british terms like "crisps" and whatnot as that was the english language he came to learn.
