watched over the 'dark forest' that neighbors the wildlife of bloom's domain, an opposing bright side of the area that seems to make wither tire if he's in the sunlight too long. he thrives in the lack of light, and tends to the dead with care. he has quite the affinity for comforting the ones in passing, ensuring life does not stop at the collapse of frail bones and bodies. energy is traded at his hand to provide life within the grounds of the forest, where the earth and fungi mouth at withering greenery and creatures, continuing the cycle of life.
and while his grace has brought much aid to the forests, even after thousands of years have passed, he is quite forgetful of his power- which often you may find he refers to as a 'beloved curse'. his hand cannot touch that which breathes without causing it to falter, and countless accidents have happened; he carries with him a lot of dread, trying carefully to keep his hands away, and yet craving touch more than anything else in life.
