An Au Ra from the Ruby Sea, having been whisked away by malicious pirates and saved by a band of adventureres, ultimately being raised in Thavnair.

His dedication to his magecraft has always been important to him, especially after discovering Red Mages and their ability to balance both white and black mana. This led to experimentation from a young age, ultimately resulting in failure and imbalancing his aether. This allowed latent dragon aether to pour in, resulting in his ability to transform and sustain a draconic form.

Unknown to him, he is of Azdaja's brood; his family bloodline stretches back to before the Allagan Empire, where Azdaja fell in love with a maiden from the region of Corvos. Dragon aether is present in his family, but he's the only one capable to turn into a dragon.
