I have thoughts I wanna write but I can't put them into good words rn so I'll just put down the basics

He's an artisan. Makes clothes and tools and toys, lots of leather and wood. He likes children so he makes toys for them sometimes. Also works with fire, can make jewlery and some weaponry (doesn't make weaponry very often). He has a serious illness that he manages by illegaly microdosing on the essence of a powerful and dangerous magical source that he purposely lives near. He keeps this illness a secret, only a couple of people are aware of it.
