Existence outside the domain E

While he originally hails from another dimension altogether, he has become so interwoven with the history of mankind that this skill is as weak as it can be. He appears to have embraced this universe and made it his new home over the one he originated from, but he is still composed in a manner that is alien to the beings in this dimension, though he hardly takes notice of it anymore himself.

Presence concealment- Lethe A

One of the five rivers of the Greek Underworld, Lethe originates from Hypnos’ abode. Its name is translated either as forgetfulness, oblivion or concealment. A sip from the river Lethe would erase the memories of the drinker. Rather than conceal Hypnos’ presence, this skill blocks his foes’ consciousness from registering him completely, wiping the memory of him before it can reach the foes’ minds. As such, he can move freely in the open without being noticed by people he doesn’t want to be noticed by. This comes with the drawback that it has no effect on objects with no consciousness – he would thus be plainly visible and noticeable in recordings and camera, unless he actively reaches beyond the camera and erases the viewers’ memories of him, but that has a slight delay in effect compared to anyone who views him directly (which has an instantaneous effect).

Territory creation A

His territory is his own realm, the realm of sleep and dreams. In this realm, he and his children rule as its masters, a world where no rhyme or reason and where no laws of physics work. Good news is that just like dreams, no physical harm that is conjured within the territory can actually harm you (albeit lucid dreamers can still feel pain). Those who step into his territory will have their minds bare and open for him to see. However he will politely try to not look into your mind if you aren’t a foe. Said to be in a plane between “life” and “death”, people close to death can be kept “alive” within this territory, as Death has a soft spot for his twin and leaves his brother’s “guests” alone. Comas are wellknown examples of staying in this borderland between life and death.

Noble Phantasm

ὕπνος πανδαμάτωρ (Hypnos Pandamator) ~ Master of all realities, ruler of universes A

In another reality, a different Hypnos strove to conquer all realities in existence and non-existence. His attempt led him face to face with a Great Old One in the very edges of existence, where he ultimately met his end. With the start of this, his own selves across other realities would time and time again try achieve this goal. After infinite of different realities and attempts, one particular Hypnos achieved the goal of mastering all realities, ascending into an entity above even the likes of the Great Old Ones.

Foreigner is not that Hypnos. Instead of setting out to follow the footsteps of himself in other realities, he's copied the master of realities' Saint Graph and thus possessing a copy of his abilities and powers. It's not a perfect copy and weaker than the actual deity's abilities but makes Hypnos an unusually powerful servant nonetheless.

The master of realities appears to be aware of Foreigner's shenanigans but seems to regard it with amusement. For now.
